Brian Mossey is a commercial real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hudson Valley Properties. He started working in real estate when he relocated to the Hudson Valley in 2010. Shortly after the economic crash, Brian was inspired to utilize his background in economics to determine not only which business could thrive in the new economy, but also what real estate development could help to improve our community.
Brian is a top agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hudson Valley Properties as well as in the Mid-Hudson Valley. Boasting over $100 million in sales since joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hudson Valley Properties in 2015, he has also leased, over 200,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial space. Brian specializes in investment properties, office, retail and industrial sales and rentals, as well as tenant representation. Brian has worked with most major commercial property owners in the area and maintains a strong working relationship with them.
Brian also owns residential and mixed-use rental properties, and manages those with his wife, Meghan. His experience as both a REALTOR® and landlord puts him in a unique position to understand the value of a potential property that others may not be able to see.
Brian holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Vermont. He is actively involved in the Dutchess County Association of REALTORS®.
Brian and Meghan reside in Hopewell Junction with their two young daughters. He enjoys golflng, working on small construction projects and spending time with his family and friends.
