We enlisted Tecia's help to find a home in Ulster County. Tecia stood out from the very beginning with her amazing follow-through. We had contacted several brokers prior, and none of them had done much to stay in touch. But, above and beyond follow through, Tecia was fabulous to work with. She is a "straight-shooter" -- incredibly honest on all fronts, even when it does not benefit her to be honest. She is knowledgeable about so many neighborhoods and goes the extra mile for long-distance clients by previewing properties, FaceTiming and capturing walkthroughs by video. As a long distance purchaser, she really respected our time and listened to our needs. She wouldn't let us get sidetracked by a beautiful property if it did not ultimately meet all of our needs.
