Finding and purchasing a home can be an overwhelming and complicated journey. It can also be a fun, educational, and exciting time when you have the right person to guide you through it. That's always been my goal. I have over a decade of experience in the New York City market with over $150 million in real estate sales volume. I'm honored to have maintained relationships with clients over the years as their own lives and circumstances evolve; renters who became first-time home buyers, experienced sellers who still need guidance in this complicated industry. I am always their go-to person. Creating these long-lasting friendships and connections is a real highlight for me in this work.
As an upstate New York native, I always knew I'd want to set roots in this area. My husband and I spent many weekend trips hiking the mountains and exploring the towns. Then, in 2015, we bought a farmhouse outside of Woodstock. (Partly because we wanted our two dogs to have a proper yard!) I've spent the past five years bouncing back and forth from the city, continuing to expand my business there, while finding respite in the mountains as we continue to renovate our farmhouse and enjoy the endless gifts the Catskills has to offer. Throughout that time, I have helped many clients and friends in this area navigate the buying process, whether it was offering referrals, looking at properties on their behalf, and even helping them negotiate. It became clear that there was a direct line from NYC to the mountains and I was a great resource in connecting the two.
Home is such an important part of my life and I am so grateful to be able to participate in my clients' journeys as they seek their own sanctuaries in this special area of the Hudson Valley. I offer meetings in both Ulster and Dutchess Counties as well as the NYC area. I look forward to meeting with you and exploring the endless opportunities together.
