Three years ago, the business was acquired by HomeServices of America, and it has since become part of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties family, which boasts over 60 offices and 2,200 agents across Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This integration has further enhanced the company's capabilities while preserving its local market leadership.

Steven's expertise spans residential resale, new home development, commercial real estate and land acquisition. His deep knowledge of the SEQR planning process and close collaboration with local builders have been instrumental in shaping the region's real estate landscape.
Steven has held numerous leadership roles, including two terms as president of the Dutchess County Association of REALTORS® and past president of the Mid-Hudson Multiple Listing Service. Recognized as REALTOR® of the Year, he remains a key figure in the real estate industry and has been active with the Dutchess County Economic Development Corporation and the Builders Association of the Hudson Valley.
Beyond real estate, Steven and his wife Debbie co-founded The Treehouse Foundation of the Hudson Valley in 2008, raising over $1,000,000 for local children's charities. The company is also a proud supporter of The Sunshine Kids, reflecting its deep commitment to the community.
