Laura was exceptional from day one, totally different from the previous agent. She was aggressive in her approach and very proactive. She projected a very friendly attitude and helped us through the process. She always returned our phone calls and kept us informed every step of the way. Laura helped my husband and I tremendously when we were in the process of selling our home with another realtor and looking for a new home. Without going into detail about our experience with our previous realtor (NOT LAURA)but it was a nightmare and her employer agreed to terminate the contract we had with their company. We met Laura when we went to an open house (this is the house we purchased). We were so impressed with her professionalism that we asked if she could sell our home and also we wanted to put an offer on this current home. Although we came across some issues with selling our old home (VA loan from the buyers that required us to spend more than we wanted to in order to meet the needs of the loan) Laura made the process bearable.
