Grace was an outstanding partner throughout every step of the sales process. Her evaluation of the market and my home in particular, was dead on. The home sold in one day, but the true challenge came in the balance of the process. The transaction had to go not only through a corporate relocation, but got caught up in the middle of a nasty divorce battle, and ended up taking nearly three months. Grace handled each interaction with myself, relocation, the other agent, and the attorneys professionally and with a level of calm that I myself was not exhibiting given my frustration. She went above and beyond countless times, contacting relo, service providers and going so far as to taking care of things at the home while I had relocated to a state a thousand miles away. She had her husband keep an eye on the pool and blow caterpillar droppings out of the driveway during showings. Honestly, above and beyond does not begin to describe it. I would recommend Grace to any client without hesitation. I cannot thank her enough for all she did during a process that was made exponentially harder than it should have been. Grace went above and beyond to make our home buying experience as easy as possible. When it comes to buying a house one needs to choose his dream team. Before I chose a realtor I spoke to 6 different candidates to check who will be the best one for our needs. Grace was the best realtor that I could find in this area and she exceeded any expectation that we had. We were first time buyers and she explained every detail and was very patient. She was extremely professional and whenever we looked at a house she told me what she really thinks of the house and if it is a good choice or not. She pointed the positives and the flaws in every house to the extent that once the inspector came in I was not even surprised. More than that, she was extremely responsive and answered both texts and emails within an hour if not immediately. She showed us as many houses as we wanted and was available almost every day INCLUDING the weekend. We are both working full time and she made the accommodation for us to show us houses after hours if necessary. She also did MORE than she was suppose to do. Once we found the right house she showed it to us couple of times to our request and even obtained all the paperwork that is available from the town. This is NOT her job and yet she was willing to do it. She knows how to negotiate and we were able to get the house earlier than expected mostly thanks to her. She was always on time for showing and she was sending us the links for potential houses the MINUTE they were posted. This is VERY beneficial in a hot seller market where good houses are gone on the same day they are posted. This was the case of our house! Thanks to her we were able to get it. I truly recommend Grace as a realtor!
